Read the total cost of the configuration
Cloudways Flexible publishes a starting price, but the useful buying unit is your complete configuration. Record the infrastructure provider, server resources, billing basis and included allowances alongside the quoted amount. A small starting server is not a recommendation for an unknown WordPress workload. The current product page is a source for available configurations, not evidence that your particular store or client portfolio will perform well on the cheapest one.
Separate optional services from unavoidable work
Off-site backup storage, email arrangements and support choices can change the total. Some services are optional; the underlying responsibility may not be. Declining an update service does not remove the need to maintain WordPress. Buying additional support does not automatically include custom-code repair. Put each item beside the task it covers, and identify who performs that task if you leave the item out of the subscription.
Keep promotions out of the baseline
A temporary offer can reduce an early invoice without changing the normal operating cost.
